PRIVACY POLICY

AligentGrow ("we") develops artificial intelligence agents that operate as Google Workspace add-ons: Mail Pilot, Meeting Strategist, Smart Talent, KPI Performance, Innovation AI, and Brand AI. This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, and how we protect it.


  • Mail Pilot: Read emails from your inbox to categorize them and write drafts.
  • Meeting Strategist: Read meeting transcripts in your Drive.
  • Smart Talent: reads the resumes (CVs) that you place in a folder on your Drive.
  • KPI / Innovation / Brand: they read and write in the agent's own spreadsheets.
  • Everyone: writes results in a Google Sheet that is created in YOUR account, and can create Calendar events when you approve them.
HOW THE DATA IS USED

The content is processed using the Google Gemini API to classify, write, evaluate, or generate content. The result is written to your own Google Sheet. We do NOT use your data to train models or for any purpose other than providing this service.


LIMITED USE (Google API Services User Data Policy)

AligentGrow's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: (a) we only use the data to provide and improve user-visible features; (b) we do not transfer the data except to provide the service, as required by law, or with your consent; (c) we do not use it for advertising; and (d) we do not allow anyone to read the data except with your consent, for security, to comply with the law, or in an aggregated and anonymized form.


STORAGE AND RETENTION

We do NOT store the content of your emails, documents, or CVs on our servers: it remains in YOUR Google account (your Sheet). Our technical logs only store identifiers (e.g., email or row IDs), never the content or sensitive personal data. Uninstalling the add-on revokes all access.


THIRD PARTIES

  • Google (Workspace and Gemini API): processing and infrastructure.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
SECURITY

Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), principle of least privilege in permissions, and the API key is never logged.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can revoke access at any time from https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or by uninstalling the add-on. For data queries: gerencia@aligentgrow.com.
